At Infinity Filer, we strive to provide flexible payment options for our clients. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for our services.

We accept the following payment methods:

- Wise (formerly TransferWise)
1.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. Your payment information is encrypted and protected using industry-standard security protocols. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
1.3 Payment Terms
Payment for our services is required in advance unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. For certain services, we may offer installment payment plans, which will be clearly communicated before service commencement. For detailed pricing information, please visit our pricing page.
1.4 Live Zoom LLC Formation Service Payments
For our Live Zoom LLC Formation service, the additional $30 fee is charged at the time of scheduling your session. This fee is separate from the standard formation package costs and covers the personalized 1:1 guidance via Zoom. During the Live Formation session, you will make direct payments to government agencies for filing fees, ensuring complete transparency and control over your business formation process.
1.5 Invoicing
Upon payment, you will receive an electronic invoice to the email address provided during the ordering process. Please ensure that your email address is correct to receive important payment information.
1.6 Taxes
All applicable taxes will be added to the final price as required by law. For international clients, please note that you may be subject to additional taxes or duties imposed by your local government, which are your responsibility.
2. Refund Policy
We are committed to client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Initiated: If we have not begun processing your order, you may be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee.
- Service Errors: If we make an error in providing our services that materially affects the outcome, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- Service Cancellation: If we are unable to provide the service you ordered due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund.
2.2 Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Services that have been fully completed
- Government filing fees that have already been paid to the respective agencies
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Services where work has substantially begun
2.3 Live Zoom LLC Formation Service Refunds
For our Live Zoom LLC Formation service, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellation Before Scheduling: Full refund of the $30 Live Formation fee if you cancel before scheduling your session.
- Cancellation With 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund of the $30 Live Formation fee if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Cancellation With Less Than 24 Hours Notice: 50% refund of the $30 Live Formation fee.
- Technical Issues: If the session cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund of the Live Formation fee.
Please note that any direct payments you make to government agencies during a Live Formation session are subject to the refund policies of those agencies and are outside our control.
2.4 Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at admin@infinityfiler.com or via WhatsApp at +923226434826. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
2.5 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible. If this is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
3. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns about our services before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and efficiently.
If a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery to the payment processor.

We may update our Payment and Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
